THE DALAMAN GOLF CLUB

RAIN CHECK & ADVERSE WEATHER POLICY

At The Dalaman Golf Club, the safety and enjoyment of our guests are our highest priorities. As golf is an outdoor sport, play normally continues in varying weather conditions, including light to moderate rain.

However, when adverse weather makes the course unplayable or requires an official suspension of play, rain checks may be issued in accordance with the following policy.

1. Rain Check Eligibility

Rain checks are issued when play cannot be completed due to adverse weather conditions and the golf course is officially closed by Golf Club Management.

Rain checks are not automatically provided for rain, wind, or other weather conditions while the course remains open and playable.

2. Rain Check Entitlement

Rain check entitlement is determined by the number of holes completed when play is officially discontinued.

9-Hole Green Fee

3. Lightning & Dangerous Weather

In the event of lightning, thunderstorms, or other dangerous weather conditions, Golf Club Management may suspend play immediately.

Players must stop play, seek appropriate shelter, and follow the instructions of golf course staff.

Play may resume only when officially authorized by Golf Club Management.

If play cannot resume, rain checks will be issued according to the entitlement tables above.

4. Voluntary Discontinuation of Play

Players who voluntarily discontinue their rounds while the course remains officially open and playable are not entitled to a rain check.

Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Golf Club Management.

5. Rain Check Validity & Conditions

• Rain checks are valid for 12 months from the original date of play.
• Rain checks are issued for the applicable number of holes and have no cash value.
• Rain checks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rain checks are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by Golf Club Management.
• Advance tee time reservations are required and subject to availability.
• Rain checks cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
• Rain checks apply to green fees only and do not automatically include golf buggies, trolleys, or rental equipment.

6. Resort Guests & International Visitors

We understand that guests visiting the region may have limited opportunities to reschedule their rounds.

When an eligible rain check cannot reasonably be used during the guest’s stay, Golf Club Management may, at its discretion, offer an alternative arrangement, including a partial green fee refund or credit, subject to the original booking and payment conditions.

7. Tournaments & Golf Packages

Rain check arrangements for tournaments, corporate events, tour operator bookings, and golf packages may be governed by separate terms and conditions.

8. General Conditions

The Dalaman Golf Club reserves the right to determine course playability, suspend or resume play, and make reasonable exceptions to this policy in consideration of player safety and operational circumstances.

All rain checks must be authorized and issued by Golf Reception or Golf Club Management.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights guests may have under applicable law.

Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you to The Dalaman Golf Club.
