Preserving Quality, Etiquette, and Tradition
To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests, The Dalaman Golf Club enforces operational policies alongside traditional golfing etiquette.
A. Terms & Conditions
- Resort & Tourism Tee-Time Allocation: As a resort facility, the Club reserves the right to allocate specific tee-time blocks for hotel guests, international visitors, and tour operators.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Tee times must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in deducting a round from the package or administrative penalties.
- Fair Use Policy: Unlimited packages/memberships are subject to fair use. Excessive bookings without playing, tee-time blocking, or repeated late cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.
- Guest Privileges: Guests must play in the same group as the package holder/member. Guest passes are non-transferable and cannot be resold commercially.
- Non-Transferability & Refunds: All packages, rounds, and credits are personal, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be carried forward upon expiration.
- Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (Turkish Code of Obligations – TBK). Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Muğla, Türkiye.
B. Rules & Regulations
- Dress Code:
- Permitted: Tailored golf slacks/shorts, golf skirts/dresses, and collared golf shirts.
- Prohibited: Denim jeans, swimwear, athletic tank tops, beachwear, and flip-flops/sandals.
- Pace of Play: The standard target time for 18 holes is 4 hours and 30 minutes. Course marshals may issue warnings or enforce restrictions for persistent slow play.
- Course Care & Etiquette: Players must repair pitch marks on greens, replace/fill divots on fairways, rake bunkers after use, and adhere to cart path rules.
- Golf Buggy Operations: Carts must be driven responsibly, respecting all cart path signage and staying clear of tee boxes and greens.
- Course Safety: Ensure the fairway ahead is clear before executing a shot. Shout “FORE” loudly and immediately if a ball poses a threat to anyone.
- Junior Golfers: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult golfer at all times while on the course.
